Ms. Abigail has loved music since she started playing piano at age five. When she went looking for a meaningful, genuinely fun music program for her own children, she found Let's Play Music. After teaching for over a decade, it remains her passion.
A Utah native in San Diego since 2014, she teaches from her home studio in Rancho Peñasquitos, where her own four children all grew up as Let's Play Music and Sound Beginnings students.

Abigail Plays Music helps connect children to their musical and educational potential, connect families, and connect the community through sharing joyful musical moments.
Classes meet in Ms. Abigail's home studio in Rancho Peñasquitos, right by the I-15 and 56 intersection. It's a small, welcoming space built around hands-on music-making.
The studio is set up for real music from the very first class. Children sing and play together on tone bells and the autoharp, and Let's Play Music students each get their own full-size keyboard to play in class.

Let's Play Music begins August 17 and Sound Beginnings begins after Labor Day on September 9. Free sample classes fill quickly — come experience a class before you commit.
